Summer Seasons 2010 and 2011:
May 28, 2010 to September 2, 2010
May 27 to September 1, 2011:

$2,395/week, $389/night.  5-night minimum.

Fall/Spring
September 7 to November 1, 2010 and March 25 to May 27, 2011:

$319/weekend night (Fri-Sun), $275/week night (Mon-Thurs)
$1,789/week, 3-night minimum.

Winter Season
November 1, 2010 to March 24, 2011:

$279/ weekend night (Fri-Sun) $249/week day night, $1500/week.
3 night minimum.

Holidays:
Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year:
$389/night, 4-night mimimum.

Important:    For reservations of less than 30 days, please add the 10% city occupancy tax.  We also require a $110 cleaning fee plus the refundable $750 security deposit.

Check-in: 3 PM  Check-out: 11 AM

For weekly reservations, the changeover day is Fridays.

Nightly or weekend reservations are available on short notice only and per availability.

Monthly rates* are 3.5 times weekly rate (no tax or cleaning fee).

Reservation/Payment Policies:

The $750 refundable reservation/security deposit is required at the time of reservation. The rent payment in full is due 60 days prior to arrival.

We accept money orders, personal checks and PayPal.
Please add 3% for credit card transactions.

Pet Policy:  No pets allowed, sorry no exceptions.

Smoking Policy:  This is a smoke free house.

Weddings/Parties/Noise Ordinance:  Sorry, we do not allow weddings.   Please note that Santa Cruz City prohibits noise disturbances past 10 PM.
